Preorder info: 

The term "pre-order" means you are buying an item in advance of its production, with the agreement that it will be sent out on a future date. Every pre-order item is distinctly marked on our website, both in the collection details and in the individual item description. The preparation of your items will take at least 6-8 weeks. Once your item arrives, you can check the return policy. It's crucial to look over the projected delivery dates for all pre-order items prior to completing your purchase. Delivery estimates can vary for each pre-order item style or size. Remember, these timeframes are projections, not promises. Although I aim to give precise estimates, the delivery schedules for pre-orders can change. Personalizing your item(s) will necessitate additional processing time, which may influence the shipping date of pre-order items. 

Listings: Please note listing photos are displayed as mockups created digitally. The final fabric and color may vary.

  Washing Care:

Each item has washing instructions in the tag that helps protect the longevity of the product. Please note that Bamboo is delicate fabric

  • Items must be washed in gentle cold water and tumbled on low.
  • You may lay them flat to dry or line dry.
  • Highly recommend washing separately from items that may be damaging such as towels, hardware or Velcro.
  • Recommended to wash inside out for best results!  
Returns & Exchanges: 

I strive to provide you with an exceptional shopping experience at Saltwater Stitching! Upon receiving your order, I kindly ask that you inspect it promptly. Should you discover a defective item, incorrect items, or any missing items, please reach out to me immediately so I can address the issue promptly. Item must not be worn or washed to facilitate return process.

  • Returns are only accepted if product is defective such as a defective zipper, improper stitching etc.)
  • Photos/ and or videos of defect will be requested.

Sizing Exchange

The Zippers and Long Sleeve Runs TTS but please note that bamboo has stretch to it. Long sleeve/ long pant combo is more fitted compared to the short sleeve/ long pants combo. If you have ordered the wrong size and would like to exchange it, please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs related to the return of the item(s). Ensure you keep the tracking number for your records.

  • The Items must not have been washed or worn besides trying on to facilitate the process
  •  Kindly be advised that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Please allow a minimum of 5-7 business days for your return to be processed once it reaches my office.

LOST PACKAGES

  • Saltwater Stitching is not liable for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. 
  • Should you encounter any issues with your shipment or with the shipping company, please reach out to the shipping provider directly to address your concerns. While I will do my best to assist where I can, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim and resolve the issue with the carrier.
